Elegant Jewelry Boxes warranty program does not cover defects due to improper fit, everyday wear and tear, damage due to misuse, alteration to the product, or negligence.

What Does Our Warranty Cover?
Our warranty covers any manufacturing defects that occur in your jewelry box, including but not limited to the following:
- Faulty hinges, locks, clasps, and other hardware
- Cracks, chips, or other signs of damage to the material used in the box
- Lining that is peeling, fraying, or otherwise damaged
- Discoloration or fading of the finish on the box
- Any other issues related to the construction of the box
How Long Is Our Warranty Valid?
Our warranty is valid for one year from the date of purchase.
If you have any issues with your jewelry box within this period, we will repair or replace it free of charge.
What Is Not Covered Under Our Warranty?
Our warranty does not cover any damage caused by misuse or mishandling of the jewelry box, such as dropping it or exposing it to harsh chemicals.
It also does not cover any damage caused by normal wear and tear, such as scratches or scuffs.
How Do I Make a Warranty Claim?

What If My Warranty Claim Is Denied?

LIMITED WARRANTY
Elegant Jewelry Boxes Corporation (“Elegant Jewelry Boxes”) warrants that its footwear products will be free from manufacturing defects for one year from purchase, and its apparel and accessories products will be free from manufacturing defects for six months from the date of purchase.
Unless otherwise prohibited by law, this warranty applies only to Elegant Jewelry Boxes products purchased from Elegant Jewelry Boxes or an authorized retailer. Elegant Jewelry Boxes products are legitimately sold only by authorized sellers who must follow Elegant Jewelry Boxes’ policies and procedures.
Elegant Jewelry Boxes reserves the right to reject warranty claims from purchasers about products purchased from unauthorized sellers, including unauthorized Internet sites.
This warranty does not cover any defects due to improper fit, everyday wear and tear, damage due to misuse, alteration to the product, or negligence.

There are no warranties that extend beyond those indicated herein. Any implied warranties that may apply to the products, including implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, are limited in duration to the duration of this warranty.
Under no circumstances shall Elegant Jewelry Boxes be liable for any special, incidental, or consequential damages based upon breach of this limited warranty, breach of contract, or strict liability.
